Chongqing Xianyou Technology Development Co., Ltd. launched 3 models of tricycle reverse gearbox, suitable for 110cc, 200cc, 300cc engine. The three models of our Brand “Zhuiye” are developed after careful consideration for the current market. They were grandly launched in autumn this year and have been put on the market in batches. This model is called FC-200, which is for 150CC, 200CC CG engines.

3. Product feature and application

1) The reverse gearbox uses company's patented full seal technology, excellent cavity space design, larger iron scraps storage capacity, to achieve the maximum protection of internal parts of the cavity.

2) In addition, the three new tricycle reverse gearboxes use high-grade bearings, improved the internal parts matching, and lengthened reverse gearbox life extension.

3) The technicians also simplified the appearance of the three new models to make the reverse gearbox simpler and stronger.

4. Product details

1). Reverse gearbox is suitable for 125cc-200cc engine.

2). With well-designed 3D gearbox body housing and advanced finite element analysis, the reverse gearbox designs good shape and stereoscopic look, combined with engine perfectly and the strength of each part is strengthened.

3). Improved precision in processing and more exact coupling of each component brings more loading capacity.

4). The oil chamber is enlarged to allow extra 30% lubrication oil, ensuring the lubrication of gears and bearings, reducing the early wearing of components due to bad lubrication.

5). Applying new sealing technology on gear shifting case makes the reverse gearbox look good and brief with better sealing.

1) Chongqing Xianyou Technology Development Co., Ltd. was founded on 26 Nov., 1998, lied in No.6 Dongshan Road, Area B Jiulongpo Industrial Zone Chongqing City. Covering an area of 20000 square meters, transportation is convenient with topographical advantages, close to highway.
